Leadership Academy

Through the Houston High School Leadership Academy, students cultivate the necessary skills to be an effective leader. Students will get to hear from various speakers, as well as participate in volunteer opportunities. Students will learn how to work together as a team, while also maintaining individual responsibilities. 

 

Each student that is a part of the Leadership Academy must complete the online application process and be interviewed by a panel of Houston High School Faculty members. One a student is accepted, they must attend monthly meetings held during Club periods during school hours. The Leadership Academy at Houston helps host and put on community events through volunteerism.
