Due to a new state law passed this year, no school shall allow a student under the age of 18 to become a member of a club or organization without the parent or guardian's consent. Therefore, all Houston High School parents/guardians wishing for their child to join a club or organization must complete this form prior to their student participating. Please note that this form is solely for parental consent and does not imply student enrollment or assure membership or induction into any club or organization. Once forms are completed, we will host our annual club fair and begin providing opportunities for students to sign up or apply to join our various organizations.
This includes clubs that meet before, during, or after school, as well as academies and honor societies. Even if your child has previously attended or been a member of a club/organization, this consent form is now required annually.

The parental consent form must be completed prior to Tuesday, September 12, 2023, in order for your child to participate in activities for the month of September.
