Our team at Houston High School have joined forces with our student Mustang Mentors to present a safely-distanced, in-person event that will personalize your experience on:

Thursday, January 27th from 6pm-8pm
We are offering several informational sessions at the in-person event. You and your child will go to a total of four sessions based on their specified level of interest indicated in the registration link. Following the tour night, a video/virtual version of each session will be emailed to all attendees. So, you won't have to 'miss' anything!

Germantown, Tennessee--January 4, 2022--Not only did Houston’s Beta Club welcome 5 puppies onto the campus but also encouraged other students to volunteer and donate items to the rescue.

Germantown, Tennessee--December 15, 2021--Each year, the visual artists at Houston High School sells small canvas paintings and holiday cards.  Proceeds from the $5 holiday cards are donated to the MidSouth Food bank.

Cindy Liu of Germantown, TN from Houston High School, is a 2022 YoungArts Award Winner. Liu has been recognized at the Honorable Mention level, the organization’s second highest honor, She has been recognized for her caliber of achievement and joins 720 of the most accomplished young visual, literary and performing artists from throughout the county.

The Houston High School Honors Academy will be hosting a virtual Information Night for students in 8-10th grade interested in the Honors Academy program on Tuesday, December 7 at 6:30 on Google Meet. You can register and find out more about the Honors Academy program at www.houstonhonorsacademy.com. The Honors Academy program accepts students from Germantown and from around Shelby County through open enrollment.
